I have search through the guides on this site and could find very little information on the various uprgrades that are available for weapons such as hafts, pommels, strings, ect. I think it would be really useful to have a list of all the possible upgrades and a guide on how to acquire them either on the main paged or stickied in the forums.

Umm, on a slightly different note. How often have you guys been able to salvage hafts and pommels and grips and strings and yada yada from your rare items...Have you ever had it happen with a regular Salvage Kit. How often with an Expert Salvage Kit? I'm just curious as to how worthwhile it is to salvage vs sell.

P.S. I know curiosity killed the cat, but I'm hardly a cat now am I?

Well, every time I've tried it with an Expert Salvage Kit, I've gotten one...but then again, every time I tried the weapon had two components...
